hi, um...
well is it a disorder to eat tons of food when you feel depressed, cause ive been depressed since i was 12 and im now about 200 pounds, 15 stone and im now even more depressed because of constant bullying!

Yes it is, so see your GP, he might be able to offer some advice.

Yeah, it's called "eating your feelings"

The best thing is to buy LOADS of gum and chew that instead of eating. Or drink a load of water (thirst and hunger pangs are the same and trigger the same response in your brain, so if you think you're hungry, it could just be that you're thirsty. Milk is the best thing to drink as it fills you up, provides laods of minerals and vitamins and is naturally low-fat.)

Also, try going for walks or playing an active sport whenever you start feeling hungry when you shouldn't be.

It only takes 21 days to get in the habit of doing something, so you'll only have 21 days to wait until you can start to overcome your urges to eat.

Oooh, great tip, hide your money away and ask your parents to not buy fatty.sugary snacks, that was what I was always worst with...

As for the people who bully you, well SCREW THEM. Seriously, they don't deserve your attention in any way. Just ignore them, you know they are just being stupid.

Also, 15 stone aint that bad. I was over 16 last summer as a result of stress and being miserable. I've lost over 3 stone from stopping myself snacking, and being more positive about myself.

Very good advice! You just have to set a goal and go with it! I know for myself setting goals in anything.. Usually doesn't work. If you really want to lose the weight then you'll do it. Put your heart and mind together and do what makes you happy. Also there is nothing wrong with being big, but if it concerns you, then work on it. :)

It is what most would consider "comfort eating" which falls within Binge Eating Disorder.
Feelings of depression can trigger eating unnecessary amounts of food to temporarily cover up the emotional pain you're experiencing.

Try talking to a therapist about the stress and worries in your life. Solving your problems will help you try to get back on track with a healthy diet and lifestyle.

I know so many people say this and it is cheesy and doesn't make sense but "Sticks and stones may break your bones but names will never hurt you". It's true and not true. You have to ignore what they say and just vent it out to someone if you can. Avoid them. Or confront them if you must. Tell them right to they're face "Shut the hell up".

People are idiots. If they are really bad start talking to someone. Imagine in the future you being a successful business owner, while they are working minimum wage jobs. Like I said people are idiots and don't listen to them.

About your weight if your that worried just go see your councilor or do what Grey said but a lot of gum and chew it. Overcome your bad diet and you can make and break habits in at least 21 days. Hope this helps.

are school bans all gum, food, sweets, pills, medicine, etc...
