I havent had sex, but... It doesnt hurt when jacking,recieving blowjobs etc. so I wouldnt imagine tht it hurts during sex... And It doesnt hurt to touch for me.

for me it doesn't hurt either way, whether i touch or have sex.
now that I'm cut it doesn't hurt either ;)
