Harry Brown. Michael Caine is in it and plays a badass character. It's a revenge movie too, so if you like films like that I recommend it. The main reason I watched it is because someone told me if I like The Brave One I should see it. Personally, I still think The Brave One is better. Jodie Foster is just so good in that movie and I do feel this certain connection to her. I think revenge is perfectly played out in that movie. I know that film got mixed reviews, but I really don't give a flying cunt licking shit hole fuck. Every time I watch that movie I feel like I know what the character is going through and when kills the fuckers in that movie, I feel like it's all perfectly executed. Sure the ending was kind of obvious, but it doesn't mean the ending sucks. That movie hits so many subjects without having to focus mainly on them, which is incredible.

Kisses - I feel like its the perfect movie for VT users. two kids run away from the families that neglect them and have a night adventure in the city of Dublin. Pretty nice mixture of bleak realism and childish fantasy.

Movie marathon:

"The Beauty and the Paparazzo" - Portuguese movie, the title was translated by me.

"Milk" - I really liked it, it was great seeing the passion of the gay community fighting for their rights.

"Emotional Arithmetic" - It was good, except that it was a bit boring and the subtitles were screwed up.

"American Beauty" - Absolutely loved it! Enough said.

"Black Swan" - My favourite from the five, it was truly fantastic, all its recognition was well deserved. And Natalie Portman was amazing!

True Grit. I didn't see it with high expectations since I didn't know much about it, so I got quite surprised and loved it! It was so funny, and Jeff Bridges was amazing! XD

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides

Definitely better than the last one, which completely sucked. It was pretty cool overall, and I liked that it's more about Sparrow than anyone else, so yeah.

Oh the 3D is useless, as usual.

I watched Psycho by Alfred Hitchcock last night, it was actually really good considering it was made in 1960! Im very rarely scared by a film, but by the end of the film I was on the edge of my seat and clutching the chair! If you've not seen it before I would definitely recommend it

Submarine - Loved it. Sweet, quirky and hilarious.

Super 8 - not as awesome as I thought it would be, but still a bloody amazing film. And I love how it empowers kids.

The Tree of Life - Still can't get over how majestic this movie was. Words simply don't do it justice. Everyone should see it.

Watched a movie called The Idiots (Idioterne) which is a Dogme 95 film about a bunch of adults trying to find their "inner idiots", which means they basically live together in this house pretending to be mentally challenged as an escape from reality to find happiness in a dull nihilistic viewpoint of life. It's a really amazing film - when it's funny it's funny, when it's sad it's fucking heartwrenching.

This is a film that would probably offend most people here though, due to the obsessive nudity, the orgy scene, and the whole faking being stupid thing too.

The ending, last ten minutes was brilliant though. I haven't seen something as powerful as that in a long time.
