Yes. :D It was showing last night in a theater so i got to see it on the BIG SCREEN.

And yes i see him now!!

Wow, that's amazing! :D I'd love to see it on the big screen myself, but I know that won't happen here anytime soon. They haven't shown older movies in any theater here since Georgie-L started raping his movies back in '97.

Incredible, right? You really have to know it to see it, amazing how much he's changed!!

Then you have me stumped.

Though I think Alice in Wonderland has a little more depth than Peter Pan. They say there are a lot of adult (not sexual, but like you need some real life experiences to understand it) messages in AiW.

I think that's what it is. There are indeed some hidden adult jokes there, and besides that it's just wacky. Peter Pan seems more "bland" in comparison.

Yeah, you can easily tell it was filmed in real time on real streets. But if you do some research the cars were modified so they would survive the beating received in the chase. The Mustang had a skid plate welded underneath so nothing would be damaged or knocked off when it bottomed out going down that amazing hilly street. I'd like to think I could drive that at about 70 MPH and survive all the way down to the bottom, provided the car was capable of it. Only a fool would try it at that speed in a regular car with no modifications.

I'll admit to driving fast, and very hard, on the local highways in the middle of the night. Since I got the Mustang last year around this time and started driving, I've gone through a set of tires, just sayin....... :)

And I expect nearly everyone in our area knows who the fat girl in the red Mustang is.

Yeah I'm not surprised that they were modified, it would be an awful risk to take otherwise. Also better keep it safe, reckless driving belong in movies and games. ;)

I've read that the Mustang was modified with the skid plate and shock tower bracing, etc and that they consumed tree of them total. Also, that the transmission was out of a race car. Which is why McQueen had to double-clutch it so much (on purpose b/c it's totally badass, but still..). But I've also read that the Charger was just a stock 440 R/T (if you can call a 440 R/T "stock"). Other than the seatbelt/burnout part, my favorite is when the Charger actually hits the camera truck and the film goes red for a few frames. That's been edited out recently, but it's a really obvious edit.

Currently watching Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. Despite the stereotypes that comes with a sci-fi movie, its actually just a fun movie. The plot is about a group from the 23rd century time-travelling back to the 1980s to grab some whales as to save the future. Its a very lighthearted film, and watching it now its a unique sort of period piece.
