Flyboys.

Great movie about American fighter pilots (Lafayette Escadrille) who volunteered to fight for France, before the USA got in it in 1917, in World War I.

It's a great flying movie (and a love story too) with great biplane combat action scenes. You get to see numerous dogfights between French and German aviators. I especially enjoyed seeing some of the old biplanes flying too.

31 is definitely worse than House of a 100 corpses, Devils Rejects, Halloween 1 and 2, but is better than Lords of Salem.

Submarine (2010) by Richard Ayoade. I'd definitely recommend it - along with being a beautifully shot movie with a great soundtrack, it's got an interesting plot and the perfect balance between drama and comedy to make it realistic.

I'm forever thankful to my brother for showing me this movie - seriously, if you haven't yet had the chance, go watch Submarine.
