yeah. it' s been happening alot lately.
it's usually at a time when I'm having the strongest urges to cut. I'm not sure which comes first

You are in no way alone.
I seem to never be able to show that I feel upset or sad anymore. When all I want to do in the world is breakdown and cry, I find myself unable to do anything but laugh. Sometimes freinds will ask whats so funny, but they have gotten used to me responding with an 'Oh, nothing, don't worry'.

I guess when you get used to covering up when your sad, so that nobody finds out about it, you get so good at it you find yourself unable to stop....

yeah, this totally happens to me alot... sucks but then i think its better to have a reason to not do it sometimes, im afraid it'll lead to cutting most of the time........xx

Whenever anything happens thats out of my control, or when I see her face, It's like I want to cry and that's the problem, It's me, and it's not..right, or British at that... I either end up weeping (,crying silently), or just dry sobbing (,crying with out tears).
