ODST is going to be the Coors Light of Halo, watered down piss, its overrated and like Halo 3 is going to disappoint. The best game was Halo 2 for its multi, and original for its storyline.

I prefer more realistic games, like CoD and Battlefield: Bad Company.

thats the one. Halo movies been cancelled unfortunately, conisdering the amazing halo 3 live action trailer thing, and that. It would rock. that is one amazing trailer. gives me a shiver up my spine

From what I've heard from some of my friends from XBL, ODST has a glitch where it doesn't save your story line progress and such. But FireFight is amazing and Halo 3 is better, but Halo 3 doesn't have FireFight. :P And like Calum said, the mulitiplayer is Halo 3's on a seperate disc with three new maps.

i just got the game three days ago. Sure halo 3 is better but Firefight is awesome and i liked the campaign mode

I really love ODST, but I have only played firefight, much better than Halo 1 (the only other halo game i've played :P)

I like it, good campagin only problem is when your the Rookie it is so dark in the city even with VISR, the missions are fun and firefight is awesome. The Vidmasters are going to be hard to get, I already got Classic and all the Halo 3 vidmasters. The firefight vidmaster is going to be a bitch to get because it takes about 45min to an hour to get through a set. And the new smg isn't that great.

The second disc surprised me, i thought it was going to be a installation disc of the maps not the Halo 3 multiplayer. Overall its a good game and if you like halo you should get it.

Why does Halo 3 keep throwing me back into the main menu just as I start a matchmaking game? Nearly every time I try to play a matchmaking game on Halo 3, the game starts but before I appear on screen the game says game over, and throws me back to the matchmaking menu. I haven't been banned and I have a very good internet connection. Anybody got any ideas?

Finally got the firefight vidmaster, it took almost 3 hours to get. And i got the recon armor it is alright but lots of people got it. The recon shoulder pieces are nice.

not that great of game imo, glad i rented it. Defiantly not worth $60, never was a big fan of Halo, after play so much COD4, it seems to take an eternity to kill someone.

The beta testing starts in early 2010 that's what the guy at the store said. When it is available it shows up on the main menu.
