it's not 100% accurate, it's probably just an average. you're not guaranteed to be the exact size on that list. for instance, I'm 17 but apparently I'm as developed as a 15 year old.

i think the info this is based on must be out of date, the lengths seem very conservative estimates, so i think its designed not to make people feel bad/the people who took part in the survey were insecure about their dick. people on vt seem to generally be way above the sizes in the table, and why would anyone need to lie on here? thats why forums like this are so valuable to teenagers because we can talk to each other, its more realistic than (manipulated?) statistics.

it's supposed to be the average per age group so logically the scale would be increasing as people get older and develop more.

it doesn't mean that just because you developed early you penis is going to continue to grow. it also takes into account the other boys who hasn't started puberty yet.
