I have started binging, just day to day really... i eat 3000+ calories a day, yesterday was well over that.

I dont know why, or what i can do about it, but i guess it is what is replacing my self harm
IDK
Please help

you could stop buying those foods, like i did and you could exercise alot, that way maintain a fairly even weight.

Binges are usually hard to control, one way to stop is to get rid of all foods your likely to binge on and don't eat when your not aware of what your eating, like when your watching tv or on the laptop because your distracted it will be really hard to recognise when your full. You can also Identify an alternative behavior to replace bingeing. For example, someone who binges when they are under stress could try stress reduction techniques such as relaxation, yoga or meditation. Listen to your body and eat when you are physically hungry. If we deny ourselves food, it's much easier to fall into a binge.
