Since birth, I have been an extremely light haired blonde. Around 14 it started to get darker. I am currently 16 and now my eyebrows are pure brown, along with my pubic hair, armpit hair, eyebrows and thigh hair. My arm hair is still blonde but my leg hair is blonde AND brown. I take pride in being a blonde and its a big part of my self esteem..now it seems everything is turning brown, what the heck? :(

happens to alot of blonde's when they get older...my dad had really light blonde hair when he was a kid then around 15 it started turning darker, now he's got dark brown hair, lol i'm blonde, hope it doesn't happen to me too >.<

u can always dye ur hair/body hair.....and there r procedures to permanently change ur hair color....expensive and not always 100% effective tho

not alot else u can do =/

I could try that... but it seems so un natrual and makes me feel "ordinary". All these procedures I'm starting to feel like a girl, on acutane, I go in monthly to get my teeth whitened and my eyebrows waxed, now I'm going to bleach my body hair?

I have noticed that among folks who are really light blonds that they sometimes change to a darker hair colour. I know that being a blond is many times looked on favourably, and it can be hard when everything changes on you. However, keep in mind that brown haired guys can be equally good looking, and my guess is that you will be a really light haired brown haired fellow or a dirty blond.

I have always wondered myself on why the change occurs in your folks, and someone once told me the reason which I have forgotten. I think it has something to do with hormones and changes that occur with that.

Anyway, hair colour is really irrelevant as long as you have a good body and a good personality. You sound good looking as it is, and I would just wait until puberty runs its course. If you are truly dissatisfied with your hair colour on your head, then you can always dye it. As for body hair, that is going to be a lot harder to dye, and my suggestion is to just shave it off with a body hair groomer as that is so much easier.
