Giving into the cravings and then wallowing in your moments of weakness will only result in this happening more frequently.
You need to have good will power.
Sounds like you got into a good rhythm earlier in the year so get yourself back into it. It shouldn't be too difficult with only having missed one week of exercise.

I can relate to your post because I have been trying to lose a few pounds and can kinda understand the cravings. I recently was doing really well, I was eating really healthy but then It felt like I REALLY needed something sweet or junk food, so I would just eat one, but then it led to me eating more and more.
Here are a couple of options and tips that helped me
Pay Attention to how many calories your eating
If you can keep a log of how many calories you are eating each day, read the nutrition facts on the food and just eat the serving size. This may be hard since most of the time the serving size seems to be less than what you would eat but it helps you limit yourself.
You want to try to have around 1,500 calories a day.
Let your parents know what your trying to accomplish
I used to wrestle and when I needed to loose weight my parents supported me. My mom showed me some new foods that she liked that were healthier for you and she never cooked anything that I would eat to much and gain weight. They can also help when you are having a craving and really want something, they can be there to help you make the right descision.
Some other tips:
-Stay hydrated and drink water, it helps you loose weight
-If possible, Ask your parents to hide the "Cookies" And by that I mean have them hide foods that are going to tempt you to eat them. Or better yet, dont even keep foods like that around the house.
-Plan your meals for the week, and if you can, prepare them ahead of time. That way when your hungry and ready for a meal you can just grab whatever it is on your list and just eat that and nothing else.
Good Luck, if your confused about anything ill clear it up.

your going to have those cravings as long as you eat any/be around any of those bad foods. This story is just like me. weighed 250 6"2 and decided that i need to do better. Started eating right, and working out and got built, and got fit enough to grab onto the basketball rim and be able to run long distances. The thing is you dont have to be afraid of eating alot ,the more you eat throughout the day the less your body intakes as fat. aka more smaller meals throughout the day. and you need will power, you need to be able to look at yourself every day and say "There is no F*CKING way im going back to the way i use to be!" beucause if your mind isnt in it its not going to work. start eating perfectly again and working out and keep up the good work

HI,
mostly eat healthy food but then.. i cant control myself when i reached for those bag of asain chips.... and they have MUCH more calories than the regular american chips....
and omg today, i had an ENTIRE x-large bag of those sugary asain crackers. that alone was 900 calories..... and along with that, i had 1 medium sweet potato, 1 large sweet potato, 120 cal of yogurt, 300 cal of cereal, and a peach..
so i guess i binged today... b/c i never knew those chips would be so much calories..... and i couldnt stop eating b/c i had no control over my body.
Thank you.
