Well.. i can't tell if you 2 are in a relationship, but i highly doubt it since you didn't state it. I believe he is a guy desperate to lose his virginity if he didn't lose it already. It is however, possible that he will do what you state above as your closing sentence. Since you two are not going out together as an official BF/GF, then i would not do it.
