I don't really feel anything, meaning it doesn't feel all to good(not bad either, just not like super good), but when I finally ejaculate, that feels good, when it comes out.

When I started masturbating I felt exactly like you in that the actual masturbating was so-so (not bad but not great), but when I actually ejaculated, then it was awesome. My guess is that you are so anticipating the ejaculation that everything else really doesn't matter. If you do want to enjoy things besides the ejaculation, then you might want to invest in some lube (if you are circumcised) as that does make a difference when masturbating.
