Hey, the mods deleted the councilor position for given reasons, all good ones. But I've had a thought, maybe we could have and awards system where members nominated other members for awards, the mods would then give awards to the members who deserved them- which would be viewable in their profile. I thought there could also be one for being good at giving advice, which could be called councilor? Just an idea I had...

they do have the vt awards at the end of the years
but trophies would jsut create more of a social hierarchy which isnt what we want

Also, that's what the rep system is for. If someone has offered good advice, rep them. That, or you could wait until the VT awards in December.

Oooer an award type thing, would be cool. I know on other forums they have the little award images under their usernames. But like forum award things sound fun!
