idk thats dif although im cut and ive never had any pains on the penis even when i pierced my frenulum(surface piercing) that didnt even hurt really try a doctor maybe or as awkward as this sounds talk to your dad about it he could maybe tell you something personaly idk though

its normal. I have it to, I fuond out that its just where the skin folds, everyone has it, but its more noticiable on some penises than others. Its called a raphe.
