Well I don't know much about phimoses or the condition itself, but if he thinks getting cut is going to hinder you two from having sex, it's absolutely not. I'm sure there is a recovery period after the surgery, tell him to ask the doctor or see if you can. I doubt it will be long, but it might take a bit for him to get use to it. Cut to un cut is not a major change, and it is okay.

you willnot be able to have sex for at least a few weeks prolly a month or so becuase it could re open the cut on his peins and will be very very painful
