My last pair of girls jeans *sniff*

Haha. So I finally ripped my last pair of girls pants. They're nice fabric, but it's really thin. So it's soft denim.

I have NO clue what to do with the fabric. The tear is up the seam on the inside of the leg, so the pannles are in great condition.

Ideas?

o it's just up the side of the leg. basically seperate the pants into 2 panles (i accidentally made it worse taking the pants off :P)

i'm not upset bout it. But the denim is nice it HAS TO be able to go into something else

A hat would be nice.
Or a purse/bag/or whatever you call it. Both will require a bit of sewing.
Or you can start making a quilt! :D

Yeah, you could make a denim bag and if you have any other fabrics you could make a patch purse. I've done it before and my bag is frickin awesome and got tons of comliments.

You can always turn them into a pair of bellbottoms. (: Just add more fabric between the rip and do the same to the other leg. A hat would be super cool. I would use it to make a hat, belt, and new converse. XD

Try googling "things to make from old jeans" or something similar. I just tried it and got a bunch of hits on different things to do with them. Could be worth a look. :)

Do you want to keep them?

I would suggest getting the tear in the side fixed and giving it to charity. That's what I do with my old clothes when they don't fit me. I just think that others could use them.

Depends where the rip is i get all my old jeans and gut the legs off to make shorts out of them

by your description it sounds like you could just sew it back together
