Dieting tips?

I am only about 5'6, and I weigh over 180 pounds.. And it is starting to mentally
and emotionally affect me.. Please, I really could use some help..

I lost weight before. In about a years time, I dropped to about 134 pounds.. Then in about 3-4 months, I gained it all back plus more.

A couple questions..

1. I know I'm lazy, but people tell me this every day. Could it be mental?
2. Could puberty have anything to do with me eating a lot?
3. Good exercises that would help me lost weight?

Thanks all, and I would like to drop back to the 130 pound mark.. Then I would be just so much happier and energetic in life..

1. I know I'm lazy, but people tell me this every day. Could it be mental?

not sure if it could be mental..sorry can't help on this one

2. Could puberty have anything to do with me eating a lot?

yes, when you grow your body requires more energy so you eat more..however you could be eating more then required.

3. Good exercises that would help me lost weight?

start off by going for a walk ALWAYS warm up and stretch before you go into any intense activity. i would recomend for beginners you could do some tae-bo if you know what that is. and after you get usto it move up to something more intense. or you could join a gym and workout/exercise there, they are pretty cheap to join these days.

in order to loose weight you have to burn more calories then you consume in a day.
so try to watch how many calories you take in and try burning more then that.
threw the summer i ate alot and didn't exercise causing me to gain weight and
what i did is instead of eating 3 big meals a day try eating 6 small meals. and avoid snacking through the day.
make the meals healthy and follow the food pyramid as much as you can.
don't drink pop/soda whatever you call it its sooo bad for you and it has 12 teaspoons or tablespoons (can't remeber so don't quote me) of sugar in it, which is one of the biggest cotributors to fat.
enjoy sweets but when you do try to make them organic or natural so there still sweet but it fructose or glucose instead of sugar.
and even then consume these rarely.
drink a full glass of water 30 min. after you eat, this helps to digest the meal.
and my final word of advice.
drink LOTS of water at LEAST 8 glasses a day.
this helps with everything from weight problems to acne.
water should be mainly the only ting you drink..no juices, or pop.

sorry this is alot. i've spent alot of time researching this.
remeber the goal which is to burn more calories then you take in.

have fun! and good luck! :)

If you have a local gym, it's a great place.
I'm a bit overweight, but I go to the gym 4-5 times a week.
I feel great and look a hell of a lot better than what I did 3 months ago.
After some good cardio workout, you could always lift weights!
So, losing weight and getting ripped.
Just don't overdo yourself, it's not fun lol.

Do some stuff around the house it helps i just finished trimming the bushes and vacuuming the pool and boy am i hot its 100+ degrees...

I'm a 14 year old girl, I'm 5'6 and I'm 115 pounds.
In this era, I find that most girls have to be stick thin to be called beautiful.
Especially in my school, the majority of girls are very skinny.
