st of all, well done for not cutting, it must have been really hard :)
Mabie you should just sit down properaly and talk to her, tell her that you know what its like and how you know that she doesnt want to stop but the longer she does it then the harder it will be to stop. It sounded a bit like you were going to like pick on her but she really does need help atm and really you should be giving it to her because you know what she is going through :)
