Why do people cut their penis? If it's due to religion, then I can add that to my list of reasons why I'm Agnostic.

Mostly due to religion, however sometimes for cleanliness or personal preference when you get old enough to make decisions.

Not to mention just about everyone in America is cut, it's sort of just like a cleanliness thing. I don't mind it.
