well i am a natural born cook, i have the ability i have the talent and i have the love and passion for cooking. but my only problem is is my parents dont often give me a chance to fully express my abilities. but that is not the main problem, the main problem is is my parents want me to go to a colloge but i would much rather go to a cullinary school. and its my dad i am woriried about,i am not sure how he would react, i am a freshman so i only have a couple years left to tell them. and this is something i am set on, when i cook i feel like micheal angelo did when he painted the sisteen (sorry for spellin) chapple, i feel like neil armstrong when he landed on the moon. i love to cook and i want to cook, i want to be one of those people that revolutionizez the cullinary world.

Well heres what you can do. Go to college trust me youll need to, get yourself a nice job. Then when you have money you can try to pursue a career in culinary arts. I myself am a chef but Im going to go to college before I pursue a career in cooking.

but that is what i am afraid of..... my dream getting put on the back burner.... everyday i sit in school i think about a new way to make an old dish or a new dish entirly

Dude trust me Its not so much as being good at cooking. Lets say you open a restuerant your the best friggin chef in the country but because you cant market and you cant run a business your restuerant fails. Go to college learn something like business, then go to culinary school you can learn to run a restuerant before you cook in the kitchen of one.
