i have this problem were at least once a week to once a month i will have a cramp in my face that goes from my temple to the bottom of my neck. now the weir thing is is that it is only on one side and it goes away within 3 minutes. i am overweight, but have exelletn blood pressure, possible asmatic, my grand father has had strokes and that is what i am worried about. but i do the stroke test were i count to ten, then say a tong twister and keep my arm level in front of me the whole time, and thier is never any sign of the stroke but these crapms hurt to the point were they are debilitating
