Get to know the girl but make sure to keep on good terms with her friends, if they all hate you it can influence her opinion of you. Just be civil with them and it should not effect you too bad as it is non of their business what happens with you and the girl.

If the friends are Major assholes they will do whatever they can to break you 2 up. ( if you guys get together)

Thats why you both have your own groups of friends, take time for her and you to spend time together and then time to be with your own friends. It could work if you really try and care.

if somehow you can let her know you have an aversion to her friends without offending her, than she can make and effort not to make you be around them too much. no matter what, tolerate them. you don't have to act like you like them, just don't act like you dislike them.

if you want this girl for a potential girlfriend, you have to accept her friends too. part of being in a relationship is accepting the people the other person likes being with and are friends with. although it is possible to have a relationship disliking people your partner is associated with, it makes it much easier if you can all get along. so in this case i would think about ways how you can learn to at least get along with her friends before making any move on the girl.
