i am a very social person very crazy and open but now that i am in school i become shy i have friends but i keeping quiet i dont why i do that .i have a year having therapy and i have change so much i used to be very shy in this year of therapy i become very social and open and know that i am in school i feel intimidated be the social factor maybe is because i had a year without going to school and i become used to my family only or maybe being in school and having social challenges is new to me i dont know but be quiet is bother me i am not like that what can i do????:confused:

Strike up a conversation with any of your frriends. You may feel nervous, but that stage is only temporary once you keep talking. I believe that you not going to school for a year has something to do with it... the reason is at the tip of my tounge, but i can't seem to think of it right now..... but yea. Push aside your shyness, and approach your friends and talk about something, anything, or talk to someone you don't know, and make new friends while matintaining your old ones too

Meet up with your friends and have time to talk with them. Share your stories and rants, so you'll practice to communicate again with people. Don't be afraid to speak up and let your inner self show them who you really are. Be confident. :)
