But yeah, I have perscriptioned sleeping tabs, they just don't seem to be working atm. I just wondered if there was anything I could do to help them haha !

A few things I would recommend are:

1)Regular sleeping pattern - Get used to trying to sleep from a certain time at night, till a certain time in the morning, keep your "body clock" with a routine.

2)Some exercise - Physical activity will tire out your muscles meaning you will have to rest, it may help you sleep a bit better, plus it is good for other aspects of your health.

3)Diet - Try to eat as healthy balanced diet as possible, make sure no high sugar foods or caffeine products (Tea,coffee, fizzy drinks etc) before your bed time. A warm milky drink may help you relax a little to.

4)Tidy room - Tidy your room, make sure there is no light when you are trying to sleep and it is clutter free, a clean room a clean mind. Might help you to unwind more.

5) Pharmacy - Try getting some kind of sleeping medication from the doctors or pharmacy if you need it.
