i have NOT been sleeping at all latley and im like really tired but i cant sleep at all!!!! i havent slept since august 31 its september 13 :confused:

You need to get that looked at. Really.
That extreme lack of sleep can permanently damage your mind and have lasting long-term effects.
You definitely need to see a doctor.

You have a bad case of insomnia.. you need a doctor. go see one and he/she will prescribe medication. It is generally sleeping pills. I find that most of my friends that have insomnia, the pill don't work, but its different with every person

Going to see a doctor is definitely your best bet. They can help you get some temporary relief and find the cause of your insomnia.

the doctor will give you a strong sleeping pill eg mercindol my next door neighbour is on it and as soon a she takes it she falls straight to sleep

While I do agree with the others that a trip to the doctors is in order, I don't think you should just pop the pills and sleep because that doesn't address whatever the causes are of the insomnia. From my view, something happened on or around Aug. 31 that made you unable to sleep. I'm not sure what it is but I do think that the actual causes should be addressed because with the sleeping medications, sure you can sleep but you won't get the causes to go away.
