Ok, this has been in my mind for absolutley ages I just didnt know whether to post it...
If I wanted to go to the doctors discreetly (ie. Without any of my family knowing), what would I do? Make an appointment, or just turn up.
Thanks in advance.

well you cant just turn up, they probably woulnt see you, so you need to make an appointment.
That may be tricky. Do you have a school nurse you could ask about it? No need to tell her what the problem is, just ask about making the appointment.

Sadly not, our school has about as much help as a dead rat... So you think I would have to make an appointment?
see, I thought that you had to be of a certian age (in the uk) to make an appointment... I don't know though, thats why I asked.

I couldn't agree more with you're problem. They don't make it clear enough on whether under 16's can go to the doctors with-out their parents, or if It can be kept confidential, ect.
I understand I don't have an answer for you're problem, but may I suggest THIS (http://www.multimap.com/clients/places.cgi?client=ruthink_01) website. All you need to do is type in you're postcode/town or country and they will search up all the clinics nearest to you. You may then be able to go to a clinic, and they do keep it very private :)
I know it says at the beginning that they will find you a clinic that gives you advice/help on sexual stuff, but when I type in my town, it comes up with HUNDREDS of clinic names meaning I'm sure alot of them do stuff that is un-related to sexual stuff if need be :)

Oh so these clinics, I take it if I just tell them i want it private (without my parents...) they should just take that as that and see me?

Yes.
Lots of them are specifically there for those under the age of 17. You do not have to even use you're real name if you don't want to.
The person I was with at the time went to get me the morning after pill at boots. Do you have a local boots near you? If so, I'd recommend going there!
I'm basing this on sexual problems by the way. If it's a different problem outside STI's, pregnancy, sex, emergancy contraception or normal contraception, that be careful at which one you pick.
However the website I gave you does talk about doctors, so just have a search through! :)

Well I see your age says 14, I'm not sure if you even could? I'd call first and ask them.
