Pursuing feelings for someone in the family isn't the best idea, just because of how things are. But since you two aren't exactly close in the bloodline, I wouldn't be to ashamed of it, I just would try and clear the thoughts.

So, your second-cousin's husband's niece. Took me a minute to wrap my head around that one, haha. You're not blood-related to the husband, therefore you are not blood-related to his niece. Technically it wouldn't really be incest; you're only related by marriage and pretty distantly related at that. As for whether it's, "weird"... that's really just a matter of opinion. You can't really help who you have a crush on.
