Yes. Guys have their first ejaculation at all sorts of different ages. Many guys will have had an ejaculation before they're 13, and an awful lot more will have it at age 13. You are totally fine, and a lot of us were exactly like you at your age. There are guys on here who were as old as 17 and did not get their first ejaculation then, and you are hardly behind.

As long as you are getting an orgasm, then you are fine as it is not like it is a mind blowing experience when you cum. You are basically getting nearly all of the feelings anyway, and unless you plan on having kids anytime soon you are fine. Dry orgasms are kind of better anyway as you don't have to worry about clean up.
