Okay, so you've put this in the abuse section, so you know it is abuse. I'm not saying you did, but did you do anything to provoke your brother? Either way, he should have not done this. But if you did, i'd give you the simplest advice as to not provoke him, just stay away from him.

You should most definatley tell someone, i'm surprised someone doesn't already know if he's done all this to you. But yeah tell someone, I want to say before it gets out of hand, but I think it already has.

Like everyone said tell someone, if u trust your rents tell then, if u don't go to someone else or to police, assault with a weapon, serious stuff. If he try's something run like fuck(adrenaline ftw)to a populated area. You'll have many witnesses if he does attack you there. But the thing is DON'T let this go unnoticed, assault with a weapon is a very serious offense. And death threats are serious to. It may even be attempted murder to a degree.

Sorry, like some of the others, I cant believe you've had a broken nose, fractured skull and broken ribs without anyone noticing. Those are serious injuries which would not easily be explained away, you could not have stayed at home and taken an aspirin.

Tht is a horrible idea. You will just make the situation worse. Don't resort to violence. Tell someone whether it is the police or a teacher or a parent but don't let him keep hurting you because you never know how far he will go.

This is terribly sad. I can not believe this happened to you, I am so sorry. If I were you, I would wait to be home alone with your parents, and tell them. thell them that he threatened you with a spike club. If they do not take immediate action, I would call the police. What he did to you was aggravated assault (misdemenor) & aggraveted battery (felony) He most likely did not realize the seriousness of the crime he was committing. If you press charges and he gets convicted, he will spend a while incarcerated. I hope this helps :)
