What does she mean?

This girl in 4th period kept on staring at me today and giggling then soon after, she had her friends write the notes to me:

1."cant have your children? [heart]"

2."will you marry me? [heart]"

"will you go to homecoming with me? [heart]"

The girl usually is mean and I also catch her staring at me.. I think she's Seems pretty serious. I dont know what she means
by 1. And 2. Though...

i think she means that she likes you by saying 1 and 2. im not really sure though since you said she is usually mean.
