I dream relentlessly,
about you and me,
of what could be,
instead of living off memories.
In my dreams,
The world comes down,
ripping at the seams,
Shadowing a forgotten frown.
In my dreams,
I witness an utmost grace,
beyond the low esteems,
waiting for our faithful embrace.
In my dreams,
I anticipate our meeting,
through the suns glaring beams,
The dreams are repeating.
Now those dreams are gone,
No dream can be this real,
This reality is way overdrawn,
This is not surreal.
about you and me,
of what could be,
instead of living off memories.
In my dreams,
The world comes down,
ripping at the seams,
Shadowing a forgotten frown.
In my dreams,
I witness an utmost grace,
beyond the low esteems,
waiting for our faithful embrace.
In my dreams,
I anticipate our meeting,
through the suns glaring beams,
The dreams are repeating.
Now those dreams are gone,
No dream can be this real,
This reality is way overdrawn,
This is not surreal.
