I need help from bulimics and anorexics!

Im a 14 year old girl..im 5'7" or 5'8" and im about 118 pounds!and i know im fat...i can see it when i look in the mirror. But everytime i start eating i cant stop!girls w/ anorexia and bulimia please help me!I know this might sound weird but tell me how to be bulimic or anorexic the right way(i know im very weird!)
Bulimics:doesnt it hurt ur trought wen u puke?
Anorexics:how can you just not eat and hide it from ur parents?

Oh and dont tell me ur the perfect weight or whatever cause im not!and i know it!

You ARE NOT fat hunny! Not at all! For your height honey, your weight is perfect! And you DO NOT want to be bulimic or aneorexic! Believe me, I know! We are all, especially females (me), critical of our bodies, expecially when it comes to weight and fat. We are here for you! You do not need to become one of us! Trust me, you don't want to! It's terrible for you and terrible for your lifestyle! If you need to talk, I'm here. I have the same problem as you, only I got started and now I can't quit. It's not fun! Believe me!
