Sounds like you just react more strongly to the venom than most people, which I don't think you can really change.
You can take a little more care to wear bug spray, though, if you're out at night during mosquito season or in an area where you're likely to be bitten. You can get the stuff that doesn't smell, so everyone with you doesn't have to smell it the whole time. Don't spray your bed, though. You don't want to somehow get that stuff in your eyes or your mouth while you're sleeping, and it's probably pretty unnecessary as it is. You live in Switzerland, yes? I don't know much about living there, but does your bedroom window have a screen on it or are the bugs free to fly in and out as they please? Here in the US, screens are common, but I know in some countries they're not. If you have a lot of bugs flying in as you sleep, and your reaction is really a problem, look at investing in a screen for your bedroom window. See if it's possible to install one without having to replace the window.
Another thing that may help to keep from being bitten in your sleep is to be sure to change your sheets regularly. Weekly is what I would recommend if you're not already changing them about that often. When you go for 2 weeks or so, somehow you're more likely to wake up with bug bites. I'm not 100% sure why, but it's true.
You can also ask your doctor if there's anything you can do to help prevent such a nasty reaction, but I don't know if there's really much.
