Upper Arms

Does anyone else have these like pimples on their upper arms?

- If yes, have you found anything that gets rid of them?

Apparently they are a result of poor circulation. :confused:

No i do not have any on my upper arms. although i do have them on my thighs. they dont bother me at all. you can get them anywhere on your body (not just from your face)

Aren't they acne on your upper arms?

they arent acne but they are a sort of rash cause if they were pimples thy would have heads or they would itch or hurt. hope i helped

A rash? Rashes go away after a few days and they itch, sounds like its acne.

Yeah I have a few, but they're only on my right arm/shoulder really.

if its a rash roll a cold glass over it to check.
if ur really worried tell ur parentsor go to a doctor but i think its the normal puberty monster

I do... I've heard getting a lot of Omega-3 gets rid of them and if you exfoliate the area it helps with them as well.

Some people get them its nothing really bad :)

yeah i got it when i started puberty and i got one with tweezers and there was nothing inside thats why i thought it was a rash

I have had it a couple of times in the past when I was playing sports though. It will go away in time. If not go see a doctor and they can give you some medicine to get rid of it.

i remember now they are called sweat pimples definition:They are the clear bubbly pimple-looking things that you get on your arms and legs during the summer. When you pop them they form a clear liquid but are very minor and disappear. I think it's normal to get them. Maybe cause of the weather.

Hmm. i've always had them though, and my mum, sister and friends have the same thing. My brother used to have it as well, but it's gone from him now.

They're not spots or acne as such, more just redness. It's always cold there as well.

I went to the dermatologist for it they said its just a skin type. . . . so i guess its fine
