so death note, this really amazing manga about a notebook being dropped to the human world by a rogue shinigami(death god) that can killed people just by writing their names in it, and the person who picks it up, light yagami, decides to use the death note to purge the world of evil, accompanied by the previous owner, the death god ryuk. light begins killing off the worlds crinimals, and the police obviously notice, so they send super detective L aftre him, which starts off an all out battle between L and light(I'm not explaing it very well but If I did there'd be massive spoilers) I read a lot of manga and this my personal favourite series, watch it, or buy the manga(or both)cos its so freaking awesome. anyway, DISCUSS

meh. each to their own. I hope their are people on here who like it though, its really awesome. the manga books themselves are better then the anime Imo

i found one of these manga books int he death note series in sydney on the floor, i read it on the flight back to england. its good. although personally i dont thinks like that should be made into tv/film.

I love the anime I've seen it so many times lol it's just truly amazing my favorite character is Light/Kira.

yAY! mine would be Kira/light, or ryuk, or L. the quotes in my sig are death note. I think the anime is epic, but the translation could be a bit better. still death note = win
