I was told that it was more important to have a thicker penis than a longer one, what is the circumfance of a fully grown penis? Is 4.5 inches circumfrance regular for a fourteen year old?

second, you could also say it as "girth", meaning circumference or distance around, or how "fat" something is.

third nothing is really "more important". What's most important? Whether that person loves you or uses you/resents you.
