While I was in the rest-room, I noticed there was some skin like on my penis, but not attached. It's like a Pouch, I dunno if it's normal or not. I can pull it back, and see my penis head, but that's the only spot I can see.
Is it normal?

It could have been a bit of Smegma, this happens when the penis hasn't been cleaned in a while (could be 6 hours for some people) or it could be a wart there are a lot of people with warts on their penis's

To be honest it sounds like a normal uncircumcised foreskin. You could ask your dad or your parents if you were circumcised if your not sure.
