To correct again, sperm does not make semen white. Sperm cells are colorless. And yes, you can ejaculate semen without sperm. As young teens, your first few ejaculations do not contain sperm. Once you get further into puberty, however, they go hand-in-hand.

You're still quite young, so the reason your cum doesnt look like what you've seen in pornos is probably because the proportion of sperm in your semen is quite low. As you progress through puberty you will get more sperm in your semen and it will become thicker.
