As the days go by
I look at the clock on the wall
Tick tock. tick tock
I closed my eyes and you were gone
What ever happened to you?

As the days go by
I wish you could of stay in this world a little longer
I was in maths
I thought of you for a slight second

I noticed you werent sitting next to me like old times
At that moment i could of broke down
Instead i wrote you this poem
In hope it would reach you

I chewed on my pen
Cracked my knuckles
I thought about you
I didnt cry like i normally do

As the days go by
The more tears i cry
The more i hope i reach out to you
Why did you have to leave this world?

As the days go by
I miss you more and more
I dream that i was there for you
I just wish you were here again
As the days go by....
