First of all, welcome to VT!
Secondly, you must get to know people to become their friends like you did where you originally lived.
Then, when you actually love someone, you need to get over that shyness (not easy, I know). Or, if you want to take the easy road, but the longest, you can wait for someone to ask you out again.
Hope I was helpful! :D

Loads of girls find shy guys really attractive, but confidence is needed to cushion yourself from any emotional blows that might occur.

Surely you're confident if you are willing to openly talk about it on here??

It's a small world: I have a similar dilemma! I'm homeschooled too and it's really difficult to meet girls. Someone just suggested to me in my thread, "Girl problems..." that I should look up local events like dances and stuff to meet people. I think it's a good idea. perhaps it will work for you. Wow that's so weird... I'm 16 and have been in three relationships too XD hahah

You guys don't just quote someone or post "I agree" unless you actually have something to contribute to the thread.

First off, welcome to VT. My names Will, I'm a Moderator in this section and Puberty 101.

You shouldn't be worried about meeting girls or going out with them, although its nice. Even if your home-schooling, I'm sure your parents will let you roam around from time to time or on weekends. Maybe go to a movie or something in town where there will be lots of people. You never know who you'll meet, so it should be a fun experience. Just try to be outgoing, and optimistic, and things will turn out well.
