why does it hav to be so complicated

ok sorry for the long story but i rly need help...right now im friends with this girl. we talk everyday. i was planning to ask her to homecoming for my school but i dont want to ruin our friendship. today i found out another girl who likes me, wants me to ask her to homecoming. i like both of them a lot. the girl today actually told me she likes me, but the first girl never said she likes me. the thing is i alrdy told ppl i was gonna ask the first girl to homecoming but rite now im unsure. like i said i dont want to ruin my friendship with the first girl but if she does like me more than a friend and i ask out the other girl it will make our friendship awkward or mayb even ruin it. but if i dont ask the second girl and if the first girl just wants to go as friends, im afraid the second girl would be upset or jealous. god its so confusing. any advice? suggestions with dealing with this mess?

I'd say go for the second, and if it makes the first girl jealous and makes her realise that she wants you, then surely that's a good thing?

Go for the second girl. She has already confessed to you that she likes you. If the first one didn't, the chances of a ruined relationship is higher. Since the second one asked you, the odds of a bad relationship is lower. Also, it takes courage for her to tell you that she likes you.

well i think the decision is much easier then what you think. i agree with the people who have posted before me and that you should ask the second girl. that way there is no awkwardness with your friend, and most likely she'll be very happy for you that you have asked the other girl to be your date.

i say go for the second girl beacuse if the first one is a good friend you prob wont want to ruin that. and if you know the second girl likes you then go for it because you know you cant be rejected
