For the past two days I've been trying to like change my eating habits to more healthy ones. For example, I'm not drinking anymore sodas, or anything loaded with sugar, I'm not eating anything fast food unless i abosultely have to, i'm not eating anything fried in greases or fats(which i hardly did anyway) just bake it if I can, and some other things. Now my question is what are some other things I should avoid or try to put in my diet?

Also I'm going to eat more fruits since I absolutely love them.

Foods that are high in fibre are good for your body, such as wholemeal foods. it cleans out your intestines which prevents infection there

If your in a health kick you need protein to build muscle so gget plenty of that too.

Good Luck with your healthy eating........

Don't forget your veggies!
Dark greens build up iron (I eat a ton the week before I give blood.) and getting a good mix of colors gives you all sorts of vitamins.
Whole grains are super good for you.
And fish contains a lot of omega-3's that are great for the body.
Sushi, anyone??? :D
