It's pretty much your cousin dude but it depends on how far down the line we are talking. I'm guessing that it's your second or third cousin which will sadly make it illegal.

There's no law against marrying your second-cousins daughter, I don't think, but they are a distant cousin still. For the most part, incest refers to more immediate relatives, but the official who-can-and-cannot-be-married list escapes me. the relationship would not be illegal, in the sense that you won't get arrested or anything for it, but marriage may not be a possibility.

I hate to say this, but marrying someone in your own family kinda grosses me out, but it is your opionion. If you 2 love each other, then i can't say anything else, and as for the marriage, i believe there is a ban but only on the immediate family, like your brother and sister or parents (Gross).

I don't think it is illegal to marry your cousins from second cousins on. I don't know all the laws but this is definitely not incest.

I would just be careful because it could problems in your family and make thing very uncomfortable when you have family gatherings.

Well the legal definition of incest probably varies in different countries, but I cant believe that your dad's cousins daughter would be a near enough relative to be classed as incest. Most of the answers above are in my view too harsh.
