This 'throbbing' is pretty normal for some guys, and not for others. When aroused, there is a lot of blood in the genitals, and the blood pressure in that area increases dramatically. For some people, that can cause a throbbing in the penis, mostly during exceptionally strong erections.

It is normal. When one gets an erection, blood is pumped to the penis, causing an erection. When the blood is being pumped to the penis, it may cause such a reaction, or "dance". The reason you may ejaculate after it is because (if you are uncircumcised) the pulsing of your penis could make the head rub against the foreskin and therefore make you orgasm. well from the sounds of it I am guessing you are nude when this happens because I find it really hard (no pun intended) to believe that this happens in your pants. What I think is happening is the whole blood pressure thing. As you become hard the blood is being pumped in and the pumping causes it to move in different directions. It may or may not be something to worr about b/c while it may be sgn of High BP it may also just be how you body works and how you are built.If yo ar concerned though a trip to the doc's office is never a bad idea.

When erect, a massive amount of blood will surge to your penis, causing it to be erect. As for the dancing, it happens only to some guys, because for each heartbeat, it will synchronize to it when erect because of the blood pumping throughout your body.
