This is the story of how I died,
It's not magnificent (it may make you wanna cry),
But this is the story of how I died...
A story so twisted it sounds like a lie
(But I swear to you from the bottom of my heart, that it's not...)

So lets skip to the happy beginnings,
Where the girl I loved was winning
My heart over and taking me on a trip to the moon,
As my feet left the ground I knew she had swooned me completely...

And I was tied to her like the bows in her hair,
Pink and red they made me stare,
But all of her was what I cared for most,
And she knew that but then she turned her back...

And this is the story of how I died,
And this is the story of love deprived
From a needing soul oh why?
She left me, left me to die...

I was with her for more than a year,
When suddenly she disappeared,
Didn't answer my texts, didn't send me a sign,
I was lost in love I'd never felt so alive
Until the day she left, when my heart died...

She didn't leave me a note or say goodbye,
She just left without a reason why,
In the middle of the night,
And it made me wanna die...

And this is the story of how I died,
And this is the story of love deprived
From a needing soul oh why?
She left me, left me to die...

After three whole weeks without my love
I couldn't sleep but I couldn't move,
I just laid in bed and hoped to God
That she'd return the next mornin'...

But I did that for a whole fuckin' year
And still she remained gone without
Givin' me an explanation
And so I felt depreciated...

And this is the story of how I died,
And this is the story of love deprived
From a needing soul oh why?
She left me, left me to die...

And so that night,
I think, February 6th
I finally closed my eyes
And got some sleep,
But my heart stopped beating
And my story was ended,
I never woke up
But my love continues...

And this is the story of how I died,
And this is the story of love deprived
From a needing soul oh why?
She left me, left me to die...

But I still love her,
Don't ask me why,
Even from beyond the grave
I can hear her calling my name...
