Recently(week of so) my balls have been hurting on and off, no impacts to them have occured... i may have slept on them somehow lol, but should they still hurt a week after?
also would them being excessively hot, result in their current ache?

I highly suggest talking to a doctor.
Maybe you have been extemely horny without masturbation, which can make your testicles hurty. Thats all i can think of.

It could be Blue Balls. If you haven't masturbated in a while, and haven't come, then the testicles will begin to hurt.

Don't get scared by the above posts. Its normal for them to hurt during puberty, but see a doctor if the pain persists.

It may be best to get it checked by a doctor for reassurance.

I agree. When in doubt, call the doctor. When the doctor's in doubt, call the undertaker.

Haha (to the earlier reply to one about still being in puberty), what about growing pains?
Seriously, men aren't finished with puberty until they are 21. Its only 18 for girls.
But I would suggest seeing your doctor, you could potentially have a blockage or something and it would be best to get it checked out in case it is something that makes you infertile or impotent in later life.

Better safe than sorry. I'd see a doctor.

That is what happens in the episode of South Park when the internet stops working.
