The reason that people masturbate is usually because they're horny. So if you aren't horny then there's no point trying to masturbate,because you're obviously not going to feel anything. Like 90% of pleasure is mental, and you're not gonna get those physical effects if you're not in the mood for it.

well you don't have to be mature really to masturbate, i mean maybe your just not touching the right spot! you should try rubbing your clit or your vulva or the area around your vagina such as the labia, if those techniques fail try penetration but be careful with that. Good luck and have fun;)
