no you are just a late bloomer if you are very worried then go see a doc but you should just let it fill in hopefully it will come in soon

It's okay to not not get "pit hair" I have it but it doent mean anything. The size of your penis is okay to. Mines not all that small but it could also have something to do with your birth. If you need anymore help then please e-mail me at:
