I just got Left 4 Dead yesterday, and I've been having a hell of a time playing it. The first 2 matches I played were fine, and we survived to a good time. But when I played a new game, I was kicked, for no reason whatsoever. This has happened FIVE times to me, in succession, and I'm not even doing anything wrong.
Anything like this ever happen to you?

This.
Not everyone is going to be your friend online. Just get over it and find another game.

I know what you mean. Xbox live is the worst culprit for that kind of thing imo. Proabbly better to play with people you know if you can, or find some people on forums(like these) and organise a game with them. Not everyone online will like you, and you will find arseholes. You just have to try to avoid them. L4D is brilliant though

I realise this, I've been a member of Live for a year and a half, I asking if anyone's met people like this on L4D.

This is why I don't like to associate with a lot of people on Live. I'm usually just chilling in my party chats.
But I've never been kicked out of L4D, even though I haven't played it in like 7 months.

yeah i meet people like that all the time. its not as on L4D as it is on say halo 3 though, halo 3 has loads of 10 year old americans all shouting the same swearwords at you over and over while you're kicking their arses, its quite funny really. PSN's better, thats why I go on there more. and the wii's online is.... no comment, cos its so crap.* use this as plug to see if anyone wants to play L4D sometime? or just xbox live in general?

well xbox live is full of 10 year olds screaming at u through their mic. Today i got 3 messages saying I'm a camper who uses the M16 in COD4. But that has happened to me when I rented L4D, and RSV2 in terrorist hunt, and especially since it takes like 10 minutes to join a game in RSV2.
